Billing & renewal

Billing applies to each service in 24-hour cycles. All services use the shared account balance.

Starting a cycle

Subscribe from Inactive. Shred.one checks balance and capacity, debits the current service price and starts the cycle at the debit time. If balance or capacity is unavailable, no debit occurs and you must Subscribe again later.

Renewal

When renewal is enabled and balance is sufficient, the next 24-hour cycle is debited from the current paid-until time.

Unsubscribe

Unsubscribe disables the next renewal. It does not stop the current paid cycle, change its end time or create a refund. You can Subscribe again before stopping to enable renewal without starting another cycle.
